DINmotion is significantly expanding the area of implementation of its PBPK models. For the last year DINmotion was concentrated on customization of its models in order to simulate acute and chronic exposure to toxins, drugs, chemicals and other harmful substances. Thus we cover areas of food, clinical, and occupational toxicology.
Now DINmotion offers services in simulation of absorption, distribution and excretion of non-organic toxicants. Variety of routes of toxicants in the animal or human body is simulated. Major ways of simulated absorption are ingestion, inhalation, intravenous, intramuscular, and dermal administration.
Our new products will hopefully help to dynamically calculate levels of toxicants in tissues and blood; simulation of variety of methods and regimes of detoxification can be conducted as well.
