Drug development is a notoriously time-consuming and costly process. Beginning with biological target identification and lead compound detection and ending with clinical trials and marketing, the path to a fully licensed and efficacious drug is a long and arduous one. Despite new and innovative tools in genomics, proteomics and high-throughput screening (HTS), it is the complications associated with adverse effects, poor pharmacological effectiveness/potency, bioavailability in vivo, and ultimately the cost of further drug optimization that remain the greatest obstacles to overcome. Ultimately, it is the allocation of time and resources on nonviable compounds that we are striving to eliminate.

Our Solutions

We consolidate unique research and development methods to construct adequate simulation tools which help to bring novel pharmacologic compounds from discovery to the marketplace.

We create and use the most advanced multi-compartmental physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models to calculate absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) trajectories for compounds in Drug Development Process.
